Highland Park

Founded by the infamous Magnus Eunson, renown for his evading of the taxman by the use of the local church, Highland Park is the great all rounder of the single malt world with a little of something for everyone. Peating roughly twenty percent of there barley gives the whisky a light floral smoke, bourbon and sherry cask maturation gives it its heather honey sweetness and rich fruitiness and it is capped off with an ocean influence to give it a slight salty note. Highland Park distillery houses four still producing just under two and a half million litres per year.
